Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel; SAP experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warranty operations and the warranty team.
• Review and approve warranty claims per policies and terms.
• Analyze warranty costs and trends to identify improvements.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with procedures and audits.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare warranty reports and act as escalation point for complex cases.
