Job summary

US Farathane Corporation is seeking a Warranty Manager to lead continual improvement in warranty performance at the Auburn Hills Technology Center. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and processes, with direct customer interface for warranty reviews and cost recovery.

The manager will supervise one direct report. Responsibilities include tracking warranty information, generating reports, and supporting ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 compliance while maintaining cross-functional

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of subject matter experience in warranty or similar role.
• Minimum five years’ experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, advanced computer and analytical skills.
• Five years’ minimum experience leading and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Lead continual improvement in warranty performance through data analysis, reporting, and process updates.
• Manage warranty reviews with customers, conduct claim investigations, and correct customer warranty systems as needed.
• Provide monthly warranty debit, disputes, and credit updates to Finance per warranty agreements and forecasts.
• Maintain point of contact for all assigned customer warranty databases and relationships.
• Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers.
