Nimble Robotics is hiring an Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, oversee a team of hourly associates, and supervise a fleet of autonomous warehouse robots. The role emphasizes productivity, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

You will coordinate shipping/receiving, balance labor, and generate shift-end reports while driving efficiency and reliability in Nimble's autonomous fulfillment network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a highly automated warehouse or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, and familiarity with WMS systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; OSHA regulations knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production for Nimble’s operations and assign shifts as needed.
• Supervise inbound/outbound shipments and ensure timeliness.
• Lead robot fleet supervision and maintenance coordination.
• Draft daily end-of-shift reports and support process improvements.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to hourly staff.
