Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a highly organized Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training and documentation for the Atlas Data Operations (ADOPS) team and external product operators. The role requires translating technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences and staying current with product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in instructional systems or technical training leadership.
• Proven experience as a technical trainer or documentation specialist with ability to convey complex topics to varied audiences.
• Experience prompting generative AI to create and optimize documents from source content.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and manage onboarding and training for the ADOPS team and external operators.
• Lead instructor-led training for robot pilots and partner organizations.
• Deliver training on BD products, software, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and hands-on exercises.
• Coordinate documentation across Data Ops, Engineering, CL&D, and partners.
