Boston Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training and documentation for the Atlas Data Operations (ADOPS) team and external product operators. This role requires experience creating content for both technical and non‑technical audiences and a passion for rapidly learning new technologies.

The pay range for this position is between $73,000 to $101,000 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as technical trainer or documentation specialist.
• Experience delivering technical content to mixed audiences.
• Experience prompting AI to generate polished documents from source content.
• Ability to create and maintain training curriculum for instructor‑led programs.
• Self-directed with small project management experience.
• Familiarity with robotics, VR systems, or ML data pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and manage training for ADOPS pilots and external operators.
• Develop and maintain training content, SOPs, and hands‑on exercises.
• Lead instructor‑led training and assess trainee performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Data Ops, and partner teams on documentation needs.
