Qualifications

• Analyzes wiring diagrams, schematics and drawings to repair and test FRUs.
• Maintains documentation and records in SAP per GDP guidelines.
• Communicates repair status with leads and other departments.
• Reports quality issues and supports issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes wiring diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings to conduct repair and testing of FRUs.
• Performs repair of complex electro-mechanical assemblies per work Instructions; tests per Instructions.
• Aids with failure analysis and final test of assemblies; documents findings.
• Participates in investigational teams for FRUs and provides input as needed.
• Communicates status of repairs with leads/supervisors and other departments as necessary.
• Provides detailed symptom descriptions for failures to assist troubleshooting.
• Conducts quality inspection of work to ensure workmanship standards.
• Follows GDP guidelines for documentation; initiates material requests.
• Records transactions in SAP to preserve traceability.
• Follows all SOP, DOP procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
• Communicates process flow recommendations to Leads/Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintains an excellent attendance record.
