Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of product development and design experience.
• Strong systems engineering fundamentals and lifecycle management.
• Experience with system architecture, requirements traceability, and interface management.
• Cross-disciplinary systems integration across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate multiple deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture, concepts, and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage system requirements and interface definitions.
• Lead system integration across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls.
• Conduct system trade studies and risk assessments to optimize performance, cost, schedule, and reliability.
• Develop and execute system verification and validation strategies with prototypes.
• Lead technical design reviews and ensure configuration management and documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
