Job summary

HL Mando America Corp is seeking a Mechanical Engineer III – Systems Engineering to design, develop, and optimize advanced robotic actuator systems across humanoid, industrial, and service robotics applications.

You will lead system engineering activities through the product lifecycle, coordinate across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls teams, and drive performance, quality, and manufacturability while delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product development and design experience.
• Strong systems engineering knowledge and lifecycle management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and technical requirements for new product development.
• Manage system requirements, interfaces, and traceability across the lifecycle.
• Lead system integration across mechanical, electrical, software, and controls.
• Perform system trade studies and risk assessments to optimize performance and cost.
• Develop V&V strategies including prototype testing and evaluations.
• Prepare system documentation and support manufacturing readiness.
