Stäubli Corporation seeks a Robotics Customer Care Specialist for the Duncan, SC headquarters. You will be the first contact for robotics service inquiries, managing inquiries from initial contact to resolution, and serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

The role reports to the Robotics Customer Care Manager - North America. You will handle inquiries, provide basic support, coordinate escalations, and ensure accurate documentation in CRM, SAP, and KPI tools.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher or equivalent technical education and experience preferred.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems to manage customer interactions and track support requests.
• Experience with ERP (SAP) system.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and assess customer inquiries and gather required information.
• Provide basic support guidance and coordinate escalation to Field Service Engineer or technical support.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM, SAP, KPI tools and reporting systems.
• Schedule and dispatch Field Service Engineers for onsite service activities while ensuring approvals and part availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage escalations for complex issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and strive for high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information and documentation.
