Stäubli is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Robotics Division to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial robotic systems at customer sites across North America. You will act as a technical expert and customer-facing representative, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

The role reports to the Service Manager, North America, and requires frequent travel, hands-on problem solving, and strong teamwork with engineering and sales staff. Hybrid work possible after training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years troubleshooting industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings; fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, software, and controls issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
• Train customer maintenance staff and document service activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, spare parts and sales teams.
• Maintain service reports and expense documentation.
