Tutor in Watertown, MA is seeking a Robot Support Specialist. You will diagnose and resolve issues for our robot fleet, provide top-notch customer support, and work with the engineering team to improve products.

The role requires strong problem-solving, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to learning new tools. This is a shift-based, fully in-person role with weekend coverage, delivered from our Watertown, MA facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical or customer support or IT help desk.
• Methodical approach to solving technical problems.
• Comfort with new software tools and quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support for robot fleet in real time.
• Answer inbound calls with friendly, professional service.
• Own and resolve complex escalated issues.
• Follow troubleshooting playbooks for consistency.
• Monitor robot performance and report issues early.
• Communicate blockers and improvements to engineers and managers.
• Contribute to playbooks, tooling, and process improvements.
• Document issues and resolutions for 24/7 shifts handoff.
