Tutor Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a Robot Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical troubleshooting and top-notch customer support for our robot fleet. You’ll work with the engineering team to improve robots while helping customers solve real-time issues.

This full-time, in-person role in Watertown, MA requires weekend coverage and shift-based work. We value problem-solving, clear communication, and a proactive approach to support at a fast-growing robotics company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical or customer support or IT help desk.
• Curious, methodical approach to solving technical problems.
• Clear, calm communication on the phone and in writing.
• Comfort with learning new software tools quickly.
• Dependable with the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical customer support for robot fleet, diagnosing and resolving issues in real time.
• Answer inbound customer support calls with friendly, professional service until issues are resolved.
• Own and drive complex escalated technical issues to resolution.
• Follow structured troubleshooting playbooks for consistent resolutions.
• Monitor robot performance, identify issues before they impact customers.
• Communicate blockers and improvement opportunities with customers, engineers, and managers.
• Participate in peer reviews, playbook updates, and tooling/process improvements.
• Document issues and resolutions for smooth handoffs across 24/7 shifts; adapt to evolving workflows.
