Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Manager, Software Development to own SW integration and validation on simulation and emulation platforms, and to drive test strategy for safety in next-generation robotics systems. You will partner with internal robotics teams, our simulation group, and influence product design from concept through deployment.
You will shape our testing roadmap, lead architecture for testability and automation, and ensure scalable software validation across
Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 10+ years planning, designing, delivering consumer software experience.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in an Agile environment.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
- 10+ years of experience with embedded device/OS in FW/SW or test engineering development.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Architectural Vision for Software Validation.
- Adversary Testing & Platform Integration; interface with platform teams.
- Setting HIL test beds and continuous validation; building CICD pipelines.
- Virtualized dynamic environments for field testability and rapid iteration.
