Job summary

VisionNav Robotics USA is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer to contribute to SLAM and GNC efforts for AMRs in our Atlanta lab. You will build high-precision positioning, mapping, and control systems, working closely with researchers.

The role targets junior to mid-level engineers with PhD-level expertise and hands-on experience in C++, Python, and ROS, enabling robust integration and deployment. On-site work in Georgia is required.

Qualifications

• PhD required in robotics or a related field.
• Strong coding in C++ and Python; experience with ROS is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute module-based development tasks following supervisor direction.
• Develop, test, and deploy GNC algorithms for autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to integrate modules.
• Support field issues and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
