Job summary

VisionNav Robotics in Atlanta, GA seeks an Entry-Level Robotics Application Engineer to support AGV project deployment, installation, debugging, and customer training at client sites. This role involves on-site work, travel as needed, and close collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities include tracking project status, maintaining documentation, and providing after-sales repair and field service support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics, electrical, mechanical, automation or related field.
• Familiar with CAD, SolidWorks, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other engineering software.
• Willing to travel and support on-site AGV deployment, debugging, and training.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Must be capable of traveling to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site AGV deployment, installation, debugging and training for projects.
• Track and report project status to the project manager.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Provide after-sales repair and field service support for AGV projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve project delivery and service quality.
• Perform other manager-assigned tasks.
