Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Service Repair Technician, Flexible Robotics to service and repair robotic platforms and electro-mechanical systems in a GMP/GDP environment. You will log test data, escalate nonconformances, and work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to determine root causes of failures.

Required are a Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience; familiarity with Jira, SAP, MES, and robotic devices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/CE/SE/Mech or related field and 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with robotics hardware/software on medical devices preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP practices.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair robotic platforms and electro-mechanical systems.
• Set up equipment, test, log data, and escalate nonconformances.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to root cause failures.
• Document plans, results, and traceability to product requirements.
• Maintain test stations and assist with software/firmware installation.
• Support RMA failure analysis and ensure high uptime.
