Job summary

Amazon's RTS Retrofits team seeks a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive retrofit execution across fielded autonomous robotics systems. You will own end-to-end hardware modification and firmware update programs across active fulfillment centers, coordinating procurement, site scheduling, third-party oversight, and post-installation verification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication abilities, or experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of retrofit programs: intake, funding approval, material procurement, site scheduling, vendor coordination, installation tracking, and post-execution verification
• Manage retrofit project schedules across multiple active fulfillment centers, driving on-time completion and material delivery
• Coordinate with third-party vendor partners to ensure consistent quality across all retrofit installations
• Partner with product engineering, supply chain, and field operations to resolve dependencies and blockers
• Track and report program status, risks, and escalations to leadership using metrics frameworks
• Develop retrofit execution documentation including site-specific plans and QA templates
• Contribute to process improvements including automation of program management workflows
