Job summary

NEURA Robotics seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex robotics projects from conception to completion. You will work with engineering, research, and product teams to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery, while maintaining high quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to risk management in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management for complex technical projects.
Experience in robotics, automation or related high-tech industry preferred.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, conflict resolution and decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple robotics projects across all phases.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables with leadership and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and budget variances.
Communicate status, progress and challenges to stakeholders clearly.
Motivate and guide project teams to achieve objectives.
Manage project budgets and track expenditures to meet financial targets.
Implement and improve project management processes and tools.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
