Job summary
NEURA Robotics is seeking an experienced, software-oriented Production Team Lead to build and lead our team while advancing production processes for commissioning humanoid robotic systems. You will work closely with software, electronics, and hardware teams to ensure reliable, safe, and fully functional robot performance for our customers.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field or software discipline.
- Experience leading production teams or similar leadership roles in high-volume environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and testing processes combining hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a software-oriented production team for commissioning humanoid robotic systems.
- Optimize workflows and methods to improve quality, safety, efficiency and productivity.
- Plan capacity and resources, and develop employees through qualification and training.
- Collect and analyze KPIs, derive improvements, and drive implementations with relevant departments.
- Develop testing and diagnostic concepts to ensure release processes and traceability of hardware and software configurations.
- Own escalation management for functionality, safety, or configuration issues.
