Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a strategic project leader to help scale the business globally. You will partner with the CEO, COO, CTO and leadership team to define and execute a long-term growth strategy and oversee cross-border initiatives.

You will manage complex projects, coordinate legal and administrative steps for new subsidiaries, set up operational structures, and report to management while ensuring budget discipline and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management with a focus on strategic projects and international expansion.
• Strong market analysis, strategy development and implementation abilities.
• Excellent intercultural competence and experience setting up international structures.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and implement new business opportunities.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement long-term growth strategy with executive leadership.
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects across countries.
• Coordinate legal and administrative steps to establish new subsidiaries in different countries.
• Set up operational structures and integrate them into existing processes.
• Coordinate cooperation between central and local teams and report to management.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance of projects, ensuring quality and cost control.
