Qualifications

• Advanced-level knowledge of welding and plasma cutting in cobot environments.
• Background in technical sales, product management, or business development in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of automated welding processes and robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow equipment rentals and sales of BotX welding system.
• Partner with Airgas Advanced Fabrication team for joint customer visits and regional alignment.
• Create and lead product training programs for sales reps and technicians.
• Monitor equipment utilization, pricing, and ROI metrics across regions.
