You will manage scope, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with sales, operations, engineering, and service to drive continuous improvements and delight customers. Travel nationally and internationally will be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end robotic welding projects, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously with travel as required.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, and service to drive continuous improvements for future projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Create and maintain project schedules for all stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Commercial review of contracts and understanding of delivery incoterms and SOP development to improve efficiency at the project level.
