ESYS AUTOMATION, LLC in Lake Orion, Michigan is hiring a Robotics Process Engineer I to join a team that develops advanced automation systems. The role involves programming robots, performing I/O tests during commissioning, and adjusting end effectors with basic hand tools.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an associate degree with 2+ years of related experience and has prior robot programming exposure. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with robotics experience.
• Previous experience in programming robots.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic path programming with teach pendant on robots (Fanuc preferred, ABB, Motoman, Kawasaki or Kuka optional).
• Perform I/O testing during commissioning of equipment.
• Use basic hand tools for end effector and dress package adjustments.
• Ensure equipment is designed and programmed to specifications using standard techniques.
