Job summary

ESYS AUTOMATION, LLC in Lake Orion, Michigan is hiring a Robotics Process Engineer I to join a team that develops advanced automation systems. The role involves programming robots, performing I/O tests during commissioning, and adjusting end effectors with basic hand tools.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an associate degree with 2+ years of related experience and has prior robot programming exposure. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Job Description: As a Robotics Process Engineer I, you will work with some of the most talented engineers in the automation industry. What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct basic path programming with teach pendant on robots (Fanuc preferred, ABB, Motoman, Kawasaki or Kuka optional)

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience with I/O testing.

Other Details:

  • Must be able to travel 35% to 50% to customer sites & other JR locations
