Walgreens is expanding its pharmacy micro-fulfillment centers, using robotic tech to dispense and ship prescriptions to stores. You will provide order processing support for fulfillment and assist in preparation and distribution of medications in a central pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities include patient data entry, processing prescription requests under HIPAA, refills, and helping pharmacists across locations. Work requires lifting up to 50 lb and flexible shifts.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy in good standing.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Basic PC skills including starting/shutting down programs and printing.
• Basic keyboarding (min 25 WPM).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to perform flex shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Process new patient registrations and enter data per procedures.
• Handle prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and process refills.
• Troubleshoot missing info and interpret SIG codes.
• Sort medications and transition inventory through workflow stages.
• Count, fill, label, pack and ship prescriptions; keep area clean.
• Support pharmacists and escalate issues to senior staff.
