Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain and maintain registration with the applicable State Board of Pharmacy in good standing.
• PTCB or Except certification.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Basic PC skills and ability to use a computer and online forms.
• Ability to type at least 25 WPM and navigate web-based systems.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient registrations and dispense prescriptions following HIPAA.
• Run automated machinery, sort medications, and manage inventory flow.
• Count, fill, label, pack and ship prescriptions; maintain work area.
• Resolve third party rejects by collecting data and reprocessing.
• Assist pharmacists at the facility and at other Walgreens locations.
