Job summary

Meta Robotics Studio seeks an Electrical CAD and Manufacturing Lead in Redmond, WA to own the full lifecycle of PCB design, fabrication, and assembly for robotic subsystems. You will lead complex multi-layer layouts across rigid, flex, and rigid-flex substrates to enable high-speed digital, analog, power, and RF boards, while defining design standards and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing multi-layer PCBs for robotic subsystems.
• Strong understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and manufacturing partners to deliver production-ready hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex, multi-layer PCB layouts for robotic subsystems spanning high-speed digital, mixed-signal analog, power electronics, and RF domains across rigid, flex, and rigid-flex substrates.
• Establish and maintain design standards, library infrastructure, and manufacturing processes for rapid prototype iteration.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure production-quality hardware delivery.
