Job summary

Meta Robotics Studio seeks an Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for next‑generation robotics, balancing performance, safety, and usability. You will design PCBs, create schematics, and guide layout while prototyping, testing, and integrating complex electrical systems.

The role requires hands‑on lab work, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and a passion for solving novel design problems in a rapidly evolving AI and robotics environment.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience in robotics or consumer products.
• Experience with electrical design verification and lab testing equipment.
• Experience with schematic and board layout tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, Altium or Cadence.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design electrical solutions for next‑gen robotics, including PCB fabrication and assembly.
• Develop schematics, guide board layout, test, debug, and integrate multi‑component electrical systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners internal and external.
• Support ambiguity of robotics problem solving with a proactive learning approach.
