Job summary

Genesis AI is seeking a customer-facing role focused on shaping how robotics systems are deployed in real environments. You will work directly with early customers to identify design partners, drive pilots, and expand engagements through to commercial deployment.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate field feedback into roadmap priorities, while leading pilots, deployments, and commercial discussions with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within robotics, autonomy, AI, or deep technology environments.
• Background in customer development, solutions engineering, product strategy, technical business development, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagements from initial outreach through pilots to deployment and expansion.
• Translate customer insights into product feedback for engineering and roadmap.
• Drive pilot-to-production conversations including commercial terms and deal execution.
• Build relationships with design partners and early adopters to understand workflows and constraints.
• Define pricing, packaging, and commercial structures for early deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape product direction based on real-world usage.
• Lead deployment programs and evaluations with customers across industries.
