Job summary

Genesis AI, a San Francisco-based robotics company, seeks a Deployment Lead to translate customer workflows into deployable solutions across sites, interviewing operators and defining success metrics.

You will work with engineering, research, and safety teams to align capabilities with customer needs, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure a smooth handover from scoping to acceptance.

Qualifications

• Track record of taking complex technical initiatives from ambiguous needs through launch and adoption.
• Experience building financial models, evaluating costs, resources, and tradeoffs.
• Ability to work with robotics, software, and AI teams to translate field issues into requirements.
• Strong writing and communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer workflows into clearly scoped deployments through site visits and operator interviews.
• Build deployment financial models and assess value, costs, and support needs.
• Partner with Deployment Solution Engineers, research, engineering, and safety to align capabilities with site readiness.
• Drive cross-functional execution from scoping through customer acceptance and handover.
• Coordinate acceptance testing, training, and handover, turning feedback into reusable practices.
