Genesis Therapeutics seeks a strategic marketer to own positioning, messaging, and launch narratives as robotics integration scales. You will translate complex AI and robotics concepts into compelling materials for engineers, customers, and investors.

Working with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams, you will track robotics developments, build evidence-based narratives, and equip the commercial team with buyer-focused materials while guiding the talent narrative for recruitment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product marketing or technical marketing experience.
• Exceptional writing skills; making complex concepts clear without altering meaning.
• Sound technical judgment in AI, autonomy, or robotics.
• Know difference between research results and deployment claims; what’s needed before publication.
• Link market research to differentiation, messaging, and commercial priorities.
• Strong relationships with engineers and customer-facing teams via careful drafting and follow-through.
• Published work or launch materials showing your contribution to evidence and review.
• Bonus: Experience marketing industrial or logistics deployments with partners through technical and legal review.
• Bonus: Familiarity with simulation and open-source research communities.
• Bonus: Explain automation's effects on specific tasks with clear, respectful communication.

• Own Genesis's positioning and messaging; build narrative with technical talent, investors, and industrial customers.
• Create launch narratives for GENE model releases, Eno, and Genesis World with technical owners.
• Monitor robotics market weekly and summarize developments into concise briefs.
• Develop customer stories with partners and deployment teams; secure approvals and data-rights reviews before publication.
• Provide the commercial team with buyer-facing materials and use-case explainers.
• Craft the talent narrative with recruiting and technical teams to attract candidates.
• Review public performance claims for platform & deployment; address gaps with prior contributors.
• Turn field failures into evidence; explain improvements in deployment.
