Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse Robotics Service Line Coordinator for St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond.

You will provide direct and indirect nursing care in surgical services, lead perioperative operations, and coordinate team activities to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities include pre/intra/post-operative care, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with surgeons and staff.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice (required)
• Two years’ perioperative nursing experience (required)
• BSN degree preferred; RSFH if hired after July 1, 2022 (preferred)
• ACLS/PALS/ CNOR/ SGNA certifications are preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care; administer medications and coordinate patient care in the OR.
• Serve as scrub nurse when needed, ensuring instruments and supplies are ready.
• Assist with budgeting, vendor relations, and equipment procurement for the OR.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and staff engagement across the facility.
• Coordinate with surgeons, vendors and leadership to source supplies and manage the service line.
• Maintain and update physician and procedure preference lists and monitor performance data.
