Job summary

BayCare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as Robotics Coordinator in the Operating Room at St. Joseph's Women’s Hospital in Tampa, FL.

This full-time role focuses on the Robotics Service Line, requiring strong OR experience and leadership capabilities. The position offers a daytime shift with on-call duties and requires a minimum of 2 years in acute care or interventional/procedural settings, plus CNOR or related qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN OR operating room experience required.
• Charge or Service Line Coordinator experience preferred.
• Robotics experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the care of a sub-specialty group with effective managerial skills.
• Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
• Accountability and development per best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization.
• Acts as a mentor and resource expert, supports and shares organizational information to all team members.
• Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
