Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years professional/related experience; OR Associate degree with 6+ years experience; OR High school diploma with 8+ years experience.
• Trained on all clinical applications based on territory needs; continuing education required.
• Annual Mako recertifications as needed by territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-line clinical and technical support for manual and robotic procedures.
• Train surgeons and staff on product use, best practices, and OR workflow.
• Prepare pre-operative CT scans for implant planning and positioning.
• Troubleshoot technical/product issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate daily account and case operations including inventory and documentation.
