Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field‑based clinician/technical support specialist to assist manual and robotic (Mako) procedures across the territory. You will train surgeons and OR staff, guide intra‑operative activities, and ensure safe, effective product use with pre‑operative planning and post‑case follow‑through.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage inventory and documentation, maintain certifications, and collaborate with clinical, sales, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of professional/related experience or equivalent.
• Trained on clinical applications based on territory needs.
• Annual Mako recertifications required based on territory needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline clinical and technical support for manual and robotic procedures, training surgeons and staff on product use and OR workflow.
• Guide set‑up, intraoperative activities, and post‑case debriefs to ensure optimal product use.
• Prepare pre‑operative CT scans for implant planning and positioning.
• Troubleshoot technical and product challenges with timely solutions.
• Coordinate daily account and case operations including inventory and documentation.
• Manage account administration tasks (updates, billing, closures) in designated apps.
• Maintain required trainings and Mako recertifications and cross‑train with teams.
• Partner with sales and operations to support customer needs and strategy.
• Provide on‑call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
