Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Robotic Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus, OH. You will support and operate our autonomous welding cells at customer sites, interfacing with clients to ensure smooth operation and collaborating with engineering to troubleshoot issues.

This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, and comfort with learning programming concepts. Occasional travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Technical training or associate/bachelors in engineering tech or related field.
• Hands-on design, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Comfortable with learning programming concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and operate autonomous welding cells on site.
• Interface with customers to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Coordinate with engineering to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on automation equipment.
• Read schematics and blueprints to diagnose problems.
• Record data for engineers to drive issue resolution.
• Attend to robotic cells during manufacturing integration and ramp.
• Travel 10–20% to customer sites as needed.
