Job summary

Path Robotics Inc. is seeking a Robotic Operations Support Specialist for the weekend shift in Columbus, OH.

You will support customers by operating autonomous welding cells, interfacing with clients to ensure optimal performance, and coordinating with engineering to troubleshoot issues on-site. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration, while reading blueprints and electrical schematics to ensure precise alignments and safe operation.

Qualifications

• Technical training/Trade School certification or BS Engineering or related experience.
• Hands-on experience in design, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical & electrical systems.
• Some welding experience (no certifications necessary).
• Fabrication or machine shop experience.
• Comfortable with learning some programming languages.
• Detail oriented; experience with small/fragile components.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and operate running our state-of-the-art autonomous welding cells.
• Interface with customers to ensure our equipment is operating efficiently.
• Coordinate with our engineering resources to troubleshoot issues that may arise.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our automation equipment/cells locally or at customer sites.
• Read engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, electrical schematics and interpret blueprints.
• Inspect, clean, and replace electrical and mechanical components.
• Integrate a sophisticated autonomous welding cell into a customer’s manufacturing process.
• Adapt to changing needs and learn Forge processes in detail.
