Job summary

Apptronik is seeking an experienced Operations Engineering Manager, Supply Chain, to ensure readiness from prototype through production for the Apollo humanoid platform. You will lead an integrated supply chain plan, manage AVL governance, and drive supplier qualification in collaboration with Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in operations engineering, NPI supply chain or related hardware roles.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience with BOM management, AVL governance, and configuration control.
• Strong ability to translate engineering drawings into supplier readiness actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated supply chain readiness plan for prototype, validation, pilot, and production builds.
• Lead supplier qualification and build readiness assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Drive early supplier involvement and design for manufacturability with Engineering and Sourcing.
• Maintain BOM readiness, track shortages, and coordinate risk mitigation with owners.
• Manage AVL governance, supplier qualification, and approvals for releases.
• Oversee platform supply chain risk register and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate engineering changes and ensure traceability across systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations engineering team.
