Apptronik is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own supplier process qualifications and the end-to-end NPI lifecycle for electromechanical assemblies in our robotics supply chain. You will evaluate supplier capabilities, drive process improvements, and ensure readiness for rate production on critical components used in humanoid robots.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related engineering and 5+ years hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on on-site supplier audits and capability assessments.
• Familiar with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, control plans, MSA, and SPC.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end NPI lifecycle at suppliers from feasibility to ramp.
• Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) for supplier quality issues.
• Define manufacturing method, process flow, and CPk/Ppk with suppliers.
• Partner with procurement and design to align make-vs-buy and supplier selection.
