Job summary

Apptronik is seeking an Operations Engineering Manager, Supply Chain, to lead NPI readiness, AVL governance, and SCRM for its humanoid platform. The role connects product development with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure qualified sources and data quality at every build.

This hands-on leader will manage the operations engineering team, guiding prototype builds through production ramp in collaboration with Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success taking complex electromechanical products from development into production with supply chain responsibility.
• Experience in supplier readiness, AVL governance, and configuration management in hardware environments.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and translate them into readiness actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated supply chain readiness plan for prototype through production builds.
• Lead AVL governance and supplier qualification with cross-functional teams.
• Drive risk management, alternative sourcing, and production ramp coordination.
• Standardize PLM/ERP data quality and manage configuration baselines across builds.
