Job summary

Boston Dynamics seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution for new product introductions and major program changes across our robotics platforms. Based at our Waltham, MA headquarters, you will bridge Engineering, Product Management, GSMs, and suppliers to ensure launches on time, within budget, and at scale.

You will own risk management, cost targets, supplier readiness, and design-for-supply-chain input, while driving playbooks and milestones across the supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain program management focused on new product development.
• Experience in hardware development, manufacturing, or electromechanical engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain readiness and NPI sourcing from development through production scale.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Operations to align capabilities with milestones.
• Coordinate early supplier engagement, component selection, contract execution, and supplier readiness with GSMs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks affecting schedules and lead times.
• Own BOM cost targets, cost estimation models, and total cost of ownership tracking.
• Provide guidance on supplier capabilities, manufacturability, and cost constraints in design reviews.
• Develop and refine NP I sourcing playbooks and milestone tracking templates.
