Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the operation of client facilities, focusing on safe, reliable performance of material handling equipment and robotic systems in a large e-commerce distribution environment.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain MHE and automated packaging/distribution equipment, perform preventative maintenance, document activities, and work closely with the Client and Operations team to ensure uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
