Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the operation and upkeep of a client facility. The role focuses on maintaining and improving material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems, ensuring reliable performance and safety.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document activities while coordinating with the Client and Operations teams to sustain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with related maintenance experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical field.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Build positive relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
