Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside client facilities. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the site.

The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and teamwork with our Client and Operations Maintenance staff. A robust benefits package accompanies this opportunity with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• US work authorization without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and conveyors.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
