Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the operation of a client facility for one of the world's largest online retailers. The role emphasizes safety, reliable performance of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems, and hands-on maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
Ability to repair electrical and mechanical issues on MHE, belts, motors, sensors.
Experience with preventative maintenance routines and documentation.
Ability to work safely and follow procedures.
Ability to coordinate with client and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
Track and store department inventory.
Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
