Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team across our facilities. You will install, repair, and maintain automated packaging and distribution equipment, including material handling systems and pneumatic controls.

Safety-driven work culture, preventative maintenance routines, and accurate documentation are expected. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, read blueprints and schematics, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• 2+ years of repair experience on material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ year blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• 1+ year knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation; troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in MHE.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used; track inventory.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.
