Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, and install automated packaging and distribution equipment.

You will complete preventative maintenance routines, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, manage work orders, and mentor junior techs while working in a safety-first environment. The role expects hands-on expertise and flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 1+ year blueprint and electrical schematic reading; CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation; troubleshoot MHE.
• Create and close work orders with labor, parts, and duration data.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive relationships across Operations facilities.
