Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the facility. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, contributing to uptime and performance.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with MHE and automated systems, strong electrical/electronic understanding, and the ability to read blueprints and

Qualifications

• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years performing predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used. Track and store department inventory.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Communication: Maintain positive working relationships across all of the Operations facility.
