Employnet, Inc. is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations.

The role involves receiving, organizing, moving, and delivering materials while maintaining accurate inventory and adhering to safety procedures. You will work in a fast-paced environment, operate forklifts and other equipment safely, and collaborate with teams to ensure production lines stay stocked and shipments are prepared accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products.
• Transport materials between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.
• Pick and deliver materials to production lines based on work orders and production schedules.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks while preventing damage to products and materials.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product information against documentation.
• Stage materials and components to ensure production areas remain properly stocked.
• Package, label, and prepare products and materials for shipment.
• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety requirements, and proper material‑handling procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse and production support duties as assigned.
