Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, communications, brand at a high-growth technology company or startup.
• Excellent writing and messaging skills with strong instincts for positioning, storytelling, and strategic communications.
• Ability to translate complex technical work into clear messaging; communicate with engineers across the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive Weave’s narrative and external messaging across audiences and channels.
• Lead strategy and execution of major product announcements and launches.
• Manage media relations, press strategy, and embargo timelines from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain a thoughtful content cadence across channels reinforcing company priorities.
• Direct creation of launch videos, demos, and visual assets that showcase the robotics platform.
• Craft recruiting narratives and culture-focused storytelling to attract robotics and AI talent.
